On 19 December 2023, we unveiled the SEEDS for Education at the Philharmonie Luxembourg. Led by children and young people, this festive evening celebrated equal opportunities in education and society’s commitment to this important cause.

SEEDS for Education is a position paper for successful education that consists of five seeds to be cultivated by all of us so that every child and young person can grow up well. It is the fruit of five years of involvement and commitment with Luxembourg’s young people.

This magical evening included an enactment of the SEEDS for Education by the children of Itzegerstee (Caritas Jeunes et Familles), a concert by the young choristers of the Muselfénkelcher Choir from Grevenmacher and the screening of a short film about our five years.

The evening was enhanced by the presence of Mr Claude Meisch, Minister for National Education, Children and Youth, our partners and donors and various players in education and civil society.

Thank you to the children for the magnificent staging of the SEEDS for Education, to the young choristers and to the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte.
